General Information

(1) Are all your products brand new with warranty?

All of our products are brand new with (1-10 Years) official manufacturer Warranty. In case of a defective product, you need to contact us immediately. 


(2) What’s the warranty for Custom PCs?

All Needy’s Custom PCs are covered with 2 Years Warranty! This means, the first time your system encounters a fault within this period, we commit to restore your PC.
Please keep in mind that each component/product has also its own official manufacturer warranty.
Collect and return service is not included in this package, please refer to Gold Warranty or Platinum Warranty.


(3) Can I change a component from the Custom PCs listed in your website?

Yes of course you can change any component you want to! Simply contact us before you place your order and we will let you know how to proceed. 


(4) Can I order products that I can't find in your website?

Yes of course, at Needy we are selling thousands of different products but it’s very difficult for all of them to be listed in our site and updated with the correct prices at all times! So please contact us and we will do our best to find what you are looking for. 

(1) I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


(2) My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled”.


(3) Can I place my order via phone call or chat?

Yes of course! Please contact us at +357 99 181348, chat live with us from our website/social media or email us at We will ask for specific info and we will place your order in the system for you.


(4) How can I receive my order?

You can choose at checkout one of our shipping options (collect from your nearest ACS Courier or delivered to your door) or you can collect your order from our office in Limassol. If you prefer to collect from our office please contact us first to schedule an appoitment.


(5) Can I pay for an order with installments?

Unfortunately no, but if you want to reserve a product we can receive a small amount as payment in advance so we can keep it in stock for you until you can pay the full amount to collect it.


(6) How can I get my invoice?

You can download your invoice anytime from the order confirmation email or from your account - order history - An invoice that is not fully paid is marked with “Payment required”. Once we received the full amount your invoice will automatically marked as “Paid”.

(1) When will my order ship?

If the product is immediately available in our main warehouse it will be shipped the same or next business day.


(2) How can I know if the product is available in the main warehouse?

Normally the products that are located in another warehouse have availability time before the description on product’s page. You can also contact us if you can’t find this information.


(3) Can I pay via Cash on Delivery?

Yes of course you can find that option at checkout!


(4) How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping for orders over €100 is free all over Cyprus! If your order is less than €100 the shipping cost to your nearest ACS Courier is €3.5 and to your door is €5.


(5) What if my address is not included in your service area?

(1) What are your payment methods?

We can accept: Visa (by payable link), Cash, Bank transfer, Revolut, Quick Pay (Bank of Cyprus).


(2) Can I pay via cash on delivery?

Yes of course you can pay via cash upon delivery or pick up. If your order's amount is more than €300 we may ask for a payment in advance.


(3) Do you accept Visa/ Mastercard?

Yes of course. If you prefer to pay via Visa or Mastercard please choose JCC online payment and you will get a payable link in your email to proceed with the payment. We can also accept Visa or Mastercard at our office.

(1) What is your Return Policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Find more info at the following link.

Needy Shop is an online store, our office and warehouse are located in Limassol, Kolossi.
