Shipping policy

We ship products all over Cyprus. 

• Express delivery to door costs €15 for orders under 5Kg.  
  
• Express delivery to door costs €20 for orders over 5Kg.  
• Delivery to ACS Courier point costs €5. Available only for orders under 2Kg.
• PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF EACH PRODUCT IN THE PRODUCT'S PAGE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
• Not all products are immediately available and ready for dispatch.
• Prices you see on our website are final!
• No extra or hidden fees. 
  

General information:

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be informed by email of the tracking number which you can use online to track the exact location of your parcel.

You can choose your order to be shipped to your nearest ACS Courier or directly to your door. Delivery time usually takes 1-2 business days. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you. 

There are also Remote Areas that courier may need more business days to deliver. We will inform you for any further delays about delivery time.

Our main warehouse is located in Kolossi, Limassol. Pickup can be arranged from Kolossi, Limassol or our Nicosia showroom. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup. 

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

We are entitled to amend the above policy at any time without further notice.
