Gold Warranty: 3 years

The first time your system encounters a fault within this period, we will collect, restore and return your PC back to you in full working order.

To ensure minimal disruption, if a component is found to be faulty, we will immediately replace it with the same or an equivalent part. This allows you to continue using your PC without waiting for the manufacturer’s repair or replacement process. Once the original component is repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, it will be returned to your system.
