Platinum Warranty: 4 years

If your PC develops a fault during this period, we will arrange collection, repair the issue, and return your system fully operational, with this service available up to two times within the warranty period.

To ensure minimal disruption, if a component is found to be faulty, we will immediately replace it with the same or an equivalent part. This allows you to continue using your PC without waiting for the manufacturer’s repair or replacement process. Once the original component is repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, it will be returned to your system.
